Dear Gothamites,
A client of mine is working with Stamford Auction to auction off the  
contents of a prop house.  I viewed the contents today, a warehouse of over  12,000 
square feet,  and was overwhelmed with the quantity of just about  everything 
imaginable: fine antiques and vintage items, pottery, glass,  porcelains, 
textiles, furniture, art decorative accessories, garden furniture,  and on and on.  
For collectors, those of you who need to furnish or  decorate a home or an 
apartment or simply for the lovers of  rummaging, this has to be a must to see.
The sale will be at 601 West 26th Street in Manhattan, September 18,  2007, 
beginning at 9:00 A.M.   Previews are Sunday, Sept.  16, and Monday, Sept. 17, 
11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. with a wine and cheese preview  party Sept. 17, 6 to 8
