[Fredslist] Seeking Reasonable Wedding Caterer

A colleague of mine (Tanitha Boonyam) is planning a two hour 
cocktail/hors' dourves wedding ceremony in Manhattan's Chelsea area for 
50/60 people in April 2008 (most likely a Saturday evening).   In addition 
to the cocktails and hors'dourves, the caterer will need to provide chairs 
and cocktail tables and will need to set up the chairs for the ceremony. 
The budget for the caterer is a maximum of $10,000.

If anyone has had experience with a good, reasonable caterer or has 
recommendations to share with Tanitha please contact her directly at the
