[Fredslist] Seeking Residency Application Assistance

My wife, who is about to take step two of her medical boards, is applying for a residency in psychiatry or radiology at a Manhattan hospital. She is seeking advice on the best way to accomplish this as her step two scores will not be released until January/February.  Her step one score is 91.  Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!
