Call For An Accountant: An Opportunity to Meet with Emerging and New
Businesses Owners.

Dear Fellow Gothamites,

I have an opening for an accountant on the Experts' Panel for the
Starting Your Own Small Business class I teach at NYU. The panel
consists of an accountant, business attorney, and a banker who can
share their knowledge and experience in starting a business. At this
point I am looking fro an accountant to fill out the panel.

The objective of the panel is to expose students to these
professions, and to have then know what to ask and how to have a
conversation with you when they are looking for your services.
Equally important will be responding to questions from students about
their business from your experience.

The Experts’ Panel is on the morning of Saturday, October 20, from
9:30 am to 11:30; and it is located in the NYU Facilities in the
Woolworth Building opposite City hall.

It is a great opportunity to share what you know, to network, and
hear some new and at times very innovative business ideas; and it is
an opportunity to meet several small business owners in the early
stages of their development.

The class has 18 adults. They range from individuals exploring
starting a business to those that have a business and now want to
learn what they need to do to be successful. In each class there
are one or two individuals with an idea or plan that can result in a
very viable and successful business. Two of this term's students
have their business already up and running, but still need additional
professional help.

If you would like the opportunity to meet and talk with some new
business minds, hear their business ideas, and be able to offer your
support please let me know at your earliest convenience by emailing
me at rickraymond at executiveleadershiptraining.info.

You would give a 15-20 minute presentation, and allow the balance of
the time for the other speakers plus Q&A. My goal is to have the
students understand the basics of these areas as it relates to their
business or business goal, and to know how to discuss their business
with professionals in your field.

All the Best,

Rick Raymond

P.S.

I have taken many of the pieces of wisdom from earlier presenters and
put them into the "Twenty Secrets I Learned from Entrepreneurs about
Running a Small Business." You can get a copy of the "Twenty
Secrets..."by going to: http://www.executiveleadershiptraining.info/
