[Fredslist] colleague looking for space no brokers

Hi,

 A colleague of mine is looking for something a bit difficult.  They want office/showroom space.  200-500 square feet for $500-700 max.  Manhattan, LIC, Harlem, NJ City.  No brokers or fees because there's no money in the budget for it.

any suggestions?
