Fellow Gothamites,

Bienstock Industries Inc. is looking to start an investment fund based on exceptionally rare gem diamonds. We are seeking someone with experience in organizing this type of venture to guide/participate/advise in developing effective presentation material, and approach the appropriate capital markets to realize this plan.
   The fund is projected as a relatively short term vehicle (3-5 yrs) with no transaction fees/commissions and a close out profit sharing structure.
   The funds growth is premised on two points:
                           1) not unlike fine art - which far exceeds in number the amount of rare gem stones available in the world - historical evidence - amply supports the notion that over time the appreciation of rare gems far out paces inflation, and also exceeds increases in most traded commodities.
                           2) additionally, over the life of the fund we would market the gems, either privately, or through established select retail venues such as Harry Winston, Tiffany's etc, at significant "retail" margins.
   In any event, the assets remain highly liquid throughout the life of the fund.
