I'm just going out for an enjoyable long run in the 5 boroughs and hoping to push myself to beat my time from last year. Also, I have a 3pm train to catch, so I can get to my friend's wedding in Rhode Island. Knowing that should help push me through the last few miles. The faster I finish the slower I will have to run to get to my train.

 I did the 18 mile tune up this year in 2 hours 31..last year  I Did the
 tune up in 2 hours and 50 minutes.
 
 I would love to do a 4 hour marathon:)
 
 This year I am not stoping to talk to people and I am not taking
 photos...
 
 I will wave and keep going:)
 
 This is my 5th NYC marathon..8 th marathon in total...#9 will be miami
