[Fredslist] Contact at Sprint/Nextel Wireless

Hi All,
I am in need of a responsible party at Sprint who can make a decision to  
correct misinformation on an old account. Trying to deal with the reps on  the 
phone is only a grueling task which continues to reaffirm why I left them.  
There is some urgency to this. Thanks in advance.
