I wish I could have attended Paul Napolitano's seminar today -- he has been
terrific in investigating, detecting and diagnosing problems in my co-op
building's roof and my ceiling.  Paul is the only person with the requisite
expertise even though our managing agent had called in many "professionals"
before him about an especially daunting problem over the past 3 years.
We're far from done but finally we're on the right track with Paul's
proposal being accepted by my co-op board.  More raves to follow!

Many thanks to Paul Napolitano of Alexander Wall Corp., Gotham’s own
Building Restoration and Environmental rescue squad, for a surprisingly (!)
entertaining and informative seminar on Building Science - the control of
water intrusion and mold in commercial and residential properties, and the
construction of durable buildings for the future.

Dr. Joseph Lstiburek, Ph.D., P.Eng., was the featured speaker, a Canadian
with a wicked sense of humor, and some hard-hitting perspectives. Dr. Joe
has appeared on PBS and Nova, and he spoke to us about global economic and
environmental trends in the context of smart building practices. Whether
you agreed or disagreed with his vision of “How to Save the Planet and
Provide Energy Security,” he made the audience think, and you couldn’t
argue with his expertise.

Looking forward to the next offering from Paul and Alexander Wall Corp. -
How can you beat it? Free, informative, and offers credits for insurance
and construction industry requirements.

Also attending from Gotham were Environmental Attorney, Suzanne Avena, of
Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., and Environmental Consultant, Jill Haimson
of Preferred Environmental Services.
