SDS PROCIDA TO DEVELOP 85-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT
NEW YORK CITY - SDS Procida recently purchased a 34,782-square-foot site
located at 405 W. 53rd St. in Manhattan, New York City, with plans to
develop an 85-unit residential condominium project. The property, which
is currently a vacant parking lot, will feature simplex, duplex and
triplex townhomes, as well as an underground parking facility and
courtyards, upon completion. Harry Greeley of Cushman & Wakefield
represented SDS Procida, which acquired the site for $32.2 million from
Con Ed.
