Through an introduction by Gotham's very own Scott Bloom, late last year I met Steve Fox of Steve Fox Social, the sine quo non of the matchmaking world.  And, as Steve so eloquently reminded me, that whether one is networking for a romantic or business 'match,' the dynamics are essentially indistinguishable.  

GANG is excited to announce that the quintessential authority on networking, Steve Fox, will grace our table with his presence and he has graciously agreed to a brief and humorous presentation on "How to Meet/Greet/Influence People."  Come, share the evening with us and laugh with Steve's take on networking!

Steve's Bio . . . Steve Fox has been called the "guru of dating."  In the past 15 years, he has sponsored over 250 parties, events and cruises.  During the course of these years Steve has been one of the country's leading matchmakers.  He's fixed up and put together thousands of people and arranged over 200 marriages.  Steve works with a psychologist group who adminster the only valid psychological compatability test.  He also has an image consultant to help his clients realize their full potential.  In the past few years, the Steve Fox Social Club has branched out to other states and is now the largest social club in the United States.

GANG's Dinner Meetings for 2007, are scheduled on the third Monday of the months as indicated (except for the May meeting which is on the second Monday) . . . March 19th, May 14th, July 16th, September 17th, November 19th.

Just a reminder . . . Riding-the-Circuit is one of the best ways to network and meet a new group of people to whom you can spread the word of what you do and how you can be of help to them.  Some groups meet at lunchtime, others for breakfast.  There are groups in Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Manhattan, Westchester, etc., so one might be convenient to attend near your home before work.
