[Fredslist] information on parental leave policies needed

I am preparing for a panel presentation which will touch on parental
leave policies, in general, and as relates to law firms.  I have done
some research, and bring my own personal background/knowledge to the
presentation, but was surprised that my recent searches did not pull up
more articles (magazine or newspaper) on these areas.  Does any one have
any thoughts or materials they would be willing to share. thanks so
much.
