Job Posting: Program Manager
The North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Program Manager for their Clifton, NJ office. The Chamber is a business organization that represents over 500 companies located throughout North Jersey. This position reports to the President of the Chamber and is responsible for organizing events, coordinating member relations, managing databases and serving as Webmaster for the Chamber website.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, manage and update Chamber website, www.njrcc.org
Serve as Network Administrator
Manage membership database on ChamberWare and Group Mail and oversee annual billing
Provide layout and design for invitations, flyers, event programs, the annual membership directory and Gala Ad Journal
Support a wide range of networking and fundraising events
Prepare and distribute bi-monthly electronic newsletter and monthly mailings to Chamber members
Assist in the recruitment of new Chamber members
Manage Business Technology Committee and Young Professionals Committee
Skills Required:
A minimum of three years experience in a business or non-profit organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Layout, design and print production experience required
Knowledge of Group Mail (or a similar groupware program) and Dreamweaver and/or Adobe Go Live a must
Familiarity with Hypertext Mark Up Language (HTML) and ChamberWare preferred
