I have a client looking for commerical/industrial builidng with minimum 6,000 sq. ft. preferably more, up to 10,000 sq. ft. to lease but prefer to buy. Franchise printer, so no special loading docks or special overheads needed. Primary area is Westbury area code. May be interested in surrounding area but has franchise limitations that exclude some.
