The M&A Advisor, LLC, a leading financial publisher and private equity firm located in Forest Hills, Queens, NY, is in a growth mode and is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO.  The Executive Assistant will also serve as the Office Manager performing, coordinating and overseeing technical, office and client administrative duties.  THIS IS A CAREER OPPORTUNITY AND NOT JUST ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT JOB!

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be smart and articulate, friendly, well-organized, able to work independently, and interested in stability and long-term growth. Requires the following skills and experience: 
•	Minimum 5 years experience in Executive Support and/or Office Mgt. 
•	Be a self motivated, independent worker, ability to work in small office, entrepreneurial environment
•	Excellent written and oral communication skills 
•	Strong organizational and time management skills 
•	Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•	Highly-professional attitude, presentation and speaking voice
