[Fredslist] West Virginia Attorney needed

Can anyone refer me to a West Virginia attorney specializing in banking and/or real estate law?  We have been retained in connection with a credit facility and joint venture whereby our client will be lending money secured by the Debtors' assets including mortgage on real property in WV, security interest in personal property and assignment of mineral rights/leases, and need West Virginia counsel.
