I am vacating my office on or about July 31, 2007 to join the matrimonial
department at Moses & Singer.  I am looking for someone to assume my office
space which is 150 sq. ft. and overlooks the Waldorf Astoria and Park
Avenue.

my landlord will provide deep discounts to anyone willing to sign a
long-term lease.
