[Fredslist] Manhattan office space needed for psychologist

Dear Gotham Members,

 

My husband, Jim Koelln, is a clinical psychologist in private practice who
sees adults, adolescents and children in Manhattan and Queens.  He must find
a new office in Manhattan immediately, due to a problem with the building in
which he currently rents (they suddenly decided that patients that are
children are a problem!).  Jim could use help with finding a new office, as
he must leave by the end of July.

 

His current office is at 39 St. and 5th Ave.  He would consider any midtown
or Greenwich Village location that is not too far from the E or F train,
with a rent in the range of $300-$350 per month for one day per week
(Mondays).
