Hello fellow Gotham-ites, I'm in the market for a home equity loan or line of credit on my co-op. The picture is complicated because I'm self-employed -- normal banks either don't want to deal with the self-employed, or they don't do NYC co-ops. Any specialists out there who can help? Thanks, Renee
