[Fredslist] Back problem in Boston

Can anyone recommend a doctor in Boston, MA for a back/spine/disc problem? My 
brother who lives in Needham, MA. hurt his back and I would like to get him 
the best care. I have been told it might be an orthopedist or orthopedic 
surgeon or a neurologist or neurosurgeon.

Any names or advice is appreciated.
