[Fredslist] re: Venue needed

I am looking for a place near; Times Square, Grand Central or Union
Square where we could have an event in late March or early April. This
is going to be a real estate forum for my university (Boston University)
of which I am a board member.  I would like somewhere that would:
 
1. Accommodate a speaker
2. The cost would be variable - so if 30 - or as many as 70 people
attend I would only be responsible to pay for those that are present.
3. Somewhere that is nice but not over the top.
4. Keep the cost - drinks and apps in the $25 - 30 range.
5. I was thinking of something 6 to 8pm.
 
Any ideas?
