[Fredslist] Need Help/NY Apartment

Hi All.  I have a friend who has recently moved to NYC and will need an apartment under a primary lease or sublet starting around June or July.  She is looking to pay around $1,000-1500 a month and is flexible about the Manhattan location.  She is mature, responsible, etc.  Can anyone out there help?
