Heads up on several upcoming Demolition Sales by appointment!
This means that I will let you know what's available in the
house, and if you want it, call me to set up a 1:1 viewing.  No
public sales will be done in these houses and demo dates are
looming in the immediate  future.  Will send separate emails for
each property

 

Located in Riverside (Greenwich), CT.  Available to be seen
immediately-Style of house known as POST AND BEAM or DECK
HOUSE-built in 70's,  remodeled  and added on to in '96.
Excellent condition.  Demolition slated for week of Labor Day.

 

 Outstanding feature of this house is the WOOD!  Whole interior
of house, walls and ceilings are tongue in groove natural pine.
Great for wainscotting, panelling, flooring material, furniture
building.  Many large, long, solid beams.  Lofts with pine
railings and bannisters.  Heavy duty oak staircases.  Oak floors
throughout.  Many wood side decks and 2 large decks off rear of
house.

 

3 sets of natural Anderson 6 ft sliders, insulated glass.
Anderson windows.  Large picture windows and stationary glass
panels functioning as walls.

Interior doors, Unusual heavy planked front door.

 

Solid oak kitchen cabinets, medium stain, raised panel style.
Good condition.  Large butcher block counter top on peninsula.
Second small kitchen.

 

Trane XL80 gas forced air furnace, 220 electrical panel, electric
hot water heater, sump pumps and a "What the Heck is
this"-located in furnace room, flat panel with large levers,
apparently electrical-however, IF this is an electrical panel I
have never seen one like it before.

 

Matching Kohler toilet, bidet and acrylic whirlpool.  2 small,
matching rustic vanities.  Acrylic shower unit. 

 

Arbor/trellis.  Lily pond with plants and pump. 1/2 HP
Liftmaster.

 

ADDITIONAL LAST MINUTE AVAILABLES

                       Amana electric flat top stove,extra  large
capacity stove, digital, white. Excellent condition.  4 years
old.

                       1920's house full of original 2 panel,
solid wood  interior doors and mortis locks

                       3 matching panels of paned wavy glass-each
approx 36" X 6 ft.  Side by side look beautiful.  Exterior
additional plexiglass for insulation.  White.  Excellent
condition.

                       Original mantle, nicely detailed, fluting,
Firebox 45 Wide X 35 Tall, overall 77X55.  Excellent condition.

                        Trane XL90 gas furnace, 2006, used 6
months.  Already removed by HVAC specialist and in storage.  Just
pick up and install.

                       Never installed high end  home office
cabinetry, solid, raised panel style doors, uppers, lowers, file
cabinets, butcher block counters.  Will fax plans if interested.
