*	3-5 years employee benefits experience 
*	Life & Health license a must 
*	Proficient in both small & large group (over & under 50 lives) 
*	Working knowledge of Health, Dental, Life & LTD insurance 
*	Strong communication, letter writing & computer skills necessary

*	Detail oriented & service oriented
