Hello All - 
My customer/friend needs to rent his spectacular 2000 square foot loft in a secure, owner occupied building - the front room is 1000 sf & would make a perfect office or art/jewelry/clothing gallery or store; the rear half would make an excellent (large) BR or two - or more offices if needed.  2 baths, new kitchen, laundry, open exposures, mint. 
Anyone know anyone looking for live-work space?  (This could also be a wonderful shared apartment as well)  Asking rent is $4500.  Thank you very much!
