Midtown NYC and Parmus NJ office.

 

Key characteristics of a successful Robert Half Management Resources
Account Executive include:

	*	CPA and/or MBA highly, highly desired. 80% have a MBA or
CPA.
	*	Previous financial/accounting experience a must!
	*	Total years experience = 5+
	*	Selling and/or negotiating experience should clearly
indicate the ability to "close" deals
	*	Must possess the ability and desire to generate business
rather than manage the process
	*	Bullpen does not phase them

 

Key characteristics of a successful RHMR AE include:

	*	Possesses the experience and skills needed necessary to
understand and evaluate project requirements
	*	Ability to effectively communicate with senior-level and
executive management
