Forensic psychology firm seeks attorneys to represent law enforcement
personnel and civilians in their quest to exercise their Second
Amendment rights.  This endeavor is by no means meant to put firearms in
the hands of those who have legitimately been found to be
psychologically unfit, or dangerous, but to evaluate the decisions made
by issuing agents and superiors.

 

Interested attorneys will work independently, yet in conjunction with a
psychological firm that specializes in forensic issues such as these.
Individuals who believe they were unfairly denied their rights will be
psychologically reevaluated using a battery of objective tests,
subjective tests, collateral information, past history, and a clinical
interview that will address the general psychological nature of the
individual as well as the specific reason for denial, suspension,
revocation, or fitness for duty.
