My law firm is actively looking to hire two NY corporate associates (a
mid-level to senior associate with M & A experience, and a mid-level
associate preferably with private equity experience).  

Although, the firm has hired recruiters, they have reached out to the
attorneys to see if we have any friends to suggest.

Torys is a wonderful firm.  We do cutting edge legal work and we pay
market NY salaries, without the sweat shop mentatlity.  

The firm generally looks to hire from the top 10% of law schools, but is
willing to make exceptions for attorneys with significant experience and
great referrals.
