prepare the underwriting documents for credit, 
facilitate the booking process, and assure credit files

work with Relationship Managers as well as

related questions and inquiries. Associates handle a 
variety of routine credit documentation requirements 
in addition to reviewing noncompliance and past due 
status for assigned accounts. They will also review 
financial information, collateral and other assets to 
assess portfolio risk and profitability.  Associates 
prepare bi-weekly cash reports and monthly 
covenant compliance reports for review by the 
lending team.Requirements :Associates must be able 
to work independently in addition to providing

plus bonus Major foreign bank NYC Report 
to  Head, Compliance Americas, as well as assist 
senior management in ensuring that the Bank 
operates in accordance with all legal and regulatory 
requirements and all Group standards of conduct, so 
as to protect and enhance the reputation of the 
Bank with its regulators and avoid significant financial 
loss.  Establish and develop effective working 
relationships with Compliance Representatives and all 
levels of staff. Review and provide input to Head, 
Americas Compliance, on the Branch’s AML Policies 
and Program.Review AML Policies, Program and 
Procedures which include but not limited to, review 
and approve KYC documentation where required, 
maintain up to date list of “red flags” and oversee 
the Branch-wide implementation and maintenance of 
OFAC compliance program, on-going monitoring and 
reporting to OFAC.    Provide input on compliance 
and regulatory risk parameters for business 
monitoring in conjunction with business and to assess 
the effectiveness of business monitoring.      Liaise 
with internal and external auditors, and regulators.  
Mminimum 3-5 years in a senior capacity within the 
Banking or Regulatory Industry.  Must be able to 
apply knowledge of current regulations and how it 
applies to a wholesale banking environment.   
Regulatory Attorney – must be admitted to the NY 
BAR.
