Just wanted to let all of you know that on November 1st at Brookhaven Town Hall, I'm on a Panel discussing Empire Zone Benefits and Financing Alternatives. Its two hours of education credit for both Attorneys and Accountants. Its also valuable information on the detailed tax benefits and other support that cannot be obtained anywhere else. An expert from New York State Dept. of Taxation willl have specifics on all the programs and I will be covering Conventional and alternative financing.
