An acquaintance of Nancy Adams, CPA, is trying to buy a business property (a spa) in Mexico.  She needs a corporate lawyer in Guadalajara, or in the near vicinity of Guadalajara, to look over the corporate papers, confirm ownership and review the legal standing of the corporation.
