Job Description:

Ideal position for someone with prior real estate experience, but must
be currently licensed in real estate under the State of NY. This
position requires impeccable organizational skills, an intense work
ethic, grand motivation and enthusiasm, an entrepreneurial nature and
people-friendly personality, and an insatiable ability to build and
nurture personal relationships.

Requirements:

*    Must have prior real estate sales experience (1.5 years); must have
done at least four commercial or retail transactions

*    Must have a proven track record of high performance, competence,
and effectiveness in prior real estate positions

*    Must be currently licensed in real estate under the state of New
York (your license must be active)

*    Must have connections and dealings with tenants, and landlords in
the NYC area.

Main job responsibilities:

*    Business Development

*    Engage in commercial transactions

*    Help bring in other agents who are willing to become part of our
leasing/sales department (and of course, you will be handsomely
compensated for these efforts)

*    Enjoy what you do
