Queenie--
I cannot thank you and the Gotham members enough for that heartfelt tribute
to Phil--I know he was watching and loved every minute of it. I must tell
you we all went home to Phil's sister's house and watched the Gotham Karaoke
tape of Phil and there was not a dry eye in the livingroom but we are so
grateful for that gift, along with others you have all so generously given.
I just got home to Pennsylvania this evening and as soon as I get settled
in, I will send a more appropriate "Thank you" to the group. I feel as
though we've lost Phil but are no longer alone.--as I said we found a new
circle of friends. Please thank Mike for helping Ryan open up--it was nice
to see him react to someone outside the family--you don't know how much that
means to me. I truly apologize for our late arrival but unfortunately
Phil's family is not always organized and timely and Phil once told me that
I'll be late for my own funeral and I damn well plan on it!!! Thank you for
all your care and concern. I was truly blessed with Phil and now I will
continue to have his friends and those who loved him. I am so tired that I
need to end this but I will be in touch very soon.
Regards to all and love and friendship to you Queenie...Goodnight, Linda

P.S.--Marc Horowitz will be a wonderful addition and will probably do great
work for the Journal--he is an excellent writer (almost as good as Phil!)!
