[Fredslist] Community Leaders/Residents needed in Laurel Hollow, Long Island

Gotham: Verizon is looking to compete with Cablevision in the community of
Laurel Hollow. Does anyone have any contacts: either businesses or
residents of Laurel Hollow who would be interested in bringing fair
competition and an open market to Laurel Hollow ?  My friend is the
director of Community Affairs for Verizon and would appreciate some
introductions to members of the Laurel Hollow community. They will have the
opportunity to speak at a public forum or if they are inclined, submit a
letter of support for the proposed permit to allow Verizon to compete with
Cablevision.
