hello Gotham,


Please go see An Inconvenient Truth, the Al Gore film about the environment
and what we've done to destroy it.  

Yes, this movie is a bit like science class, but easily digestible.  The
undeniable evidence presented shows just what we have done to the atmosphere
and what we can begin to do to "save the planet."  Literally.  I know that
sounds cliche.  But please see this movie.  If it is not playing in your
town, please ask why. 

This is a moral issue, not a political one.  

I love the outdoors but even if you don't, I'm sure you have an interest in
having your children and grandchildren be able to breathe and live on Earth
in 50 years.  It is entirely possible that it will not be that easy.
