Good Morning Gotham,

It is with great sadness that I share this news. Phil's wife sent me his
obituary in response to an e-mail I sent asking how he is. She asked if
Gotham could have a memorial at the Friars Club on November 8th which is his
birthday.

Gothamly,

Linda
