I have a prospective client looking for a building 25,000 to 30,000 square feet.  It should have 3000 amps minimum power, parking or space for 100 cars, be presentable to customers and in an area presentable to customers. He is presently in the Port Washington area. Thelast building he was considering was in Ronkonkoma, so he will consider Suffolk or Nassau.
