[Fredslist] Corporate online travel

Does any one have experience with Orbitz/expedia/travelocity for online
corporate travel mgmt.  I need a low cost, reliable, solution for a
client.  They want to install a corporate travel policy, and have the
online travel agent, provide the user planes/cars and hotels that meet
the policy. Also they want to be alerted, if the policy is not
followed.  

These programs look ok. Does anyone have experience with them, or know
of another online program that is easy to use.  They prefer to have the
users use their own credit cards as well

Any help would be great.  Please do not fwd me to a conventional travel
agent.  I want an online serivice, that is low cost.
