Hello Gothamites,

My friends Ariel & Shya Kane are looking for a new space
for their Monday evening seminars. (which are wonderful by
the way). They are about "Living in the Moment"

They would like to keep the costs down.

Here are the parameters of what they are looking for:

Time: 6:30-10:30 (including setup)
Size: 1200 square feet or larger
Configuration:  Prefer square or somewhat rectangular but not
                             long and thin. No poles or columns in the 
main
                             meeting area to obscure view.

Additionals:       Needs a space to store 2 folded directors chairs and
                              2 containers of books and supplies

Location:  Preferably somewhere near mass transit and easy to get
                    to from the Holland and/or Lincoln tunnels

Fee:  Currently paying $70 per hour
