[Fredslist] Looking for a Labor Law Attorney for a client

Greetings
I have an inquiry from one of my clients who asks:

I'm looking for a recommendation of a labor law attorney specializing in
education law to represent a former principal employed by the NYC Board of
Education who was removed from her position.   The case was recently
dismissed by judge without reading the supporting evidence because the
statute of limitations had expired.  Neither the principal's current
attorney nor her union was aware of the statute of limitations, and the case
is now being appealed. The education laws of Nassau County and NYC are the
same.

Not sure what if anything can be done at this point as we practice elder law, special needs and estate planning.
