[Fredslist] Insurance Coverage attorney needed

Hi Gotham - my client had a physician on its hospital staff who failed to  
purchase a tail from his insurance carrier at the end of his malpractice term -  
well, you know how the "tale" goes, we get sued with him and now his carrier 
is  disclaiming coverage and in receivership.  There are insurance department  
regulations which would help my client in this case, but we probably need to  
start an action against the carrier - any recommendations for counsel?
 
Please advise.
