[Fredslist] Looking for Rental Apt.

Dear Gothamites,

A good friend of mine is returning to the NY metro area for a new job opportunity and is looking for an apartment to rent.  A sublet would be fine as long as it's a legal arrangement and while she'd prefer Manhattan, she might also consider Bayside or Forest Hills because her primary office is in Flushing. 

If anyone knows of an available decent sized studio or one bedroom, please let me know.  Thanks in advance for your help.
