[Fredslist] Liability insurance for a co-op - help!

[Renee Colwell]

Our co-op is getting assessed for a wall collapse that happened last year.
Allstate claims this is not covered, but I need a good insurance guru to
help me with this unusual situation.  Any suggestions?
