[Fredslist] restaurant/bar

Hi Gotham,

I have a client who is looking to be an active partner (and has some capital 
to contribute) in either a new or existing restaurant or bar. If anyone knows 
of someone looking for a partner or if there are any business brokers out 
there that may have something a situation similar to this please let me know.
