[Fredslist] Seeking a 1031 exchange option expert

I have a client looking for a reputable expert in 1031 exchange options.
She's got the rules down...one option is to go with a program (likely
tenant in common) vs. a specific property my client would find.  She's
trying to find someone that knows the good programs from bad ones.
