[Fredslist] Ballroom dancing instructor?

Can anyone recommend a great private ballroom dance teacher?  We are  having 
our 50th wedding anniversary party at the Rainbow Room in October and  
although we really are very good dancers, my husband has suddenly developed  this 
"Fred and Ginger" concept, and since he is paying the bills.........
