My parents who live in Queens have been asked by Con Edison to choose an
ESCO.  Does anyone know anything about this, i.e., are consumers
required to make a selection or can they simply stick with Con Ed?
Also, what are the differences between the ESCOs?  The ESCO choices
they've been provided with are: Accent Energy Midwest ii, ConEdison
Solutions, Direct Energy, Econnergy Energy, Liberty Power, MX Energy,
and Spark Energy.
