[Fredslist] NYC Summer Housing Ideas - college student to work for ACLU tip of Manahattan

Dear Gothamites,
 
I am helping a friend locate housing for  her neice in NYC this  summer. The 
young women 
is a sophomore at Brandeis and managed to get a great internship this  summer 
at the ACLU which in at the tip of Manhattan. Does anyone have ideas  for a 
subletm, rental or house sitting arrangement?
