Dear Jennifer, 
   Our mutual friend, Fred Klein gave me your name when I asked him if he knew any boomer bloggers. (ages 50-60 basically) 
   I'm a humor writer.  I started my blog in November and I'm having an interesting experience -not only posting, but also feeling a sense of community out in the 'blogosphere.'  
   I just pitched an article to Newsday about Boomers Who Blog and the majority of them ought to be based on Long Island. The boomer bloggers I have found and are linked to are in Alabama, etc...people I generally wouldn't get to know - which makes for an even more quirky pastime. 
   My intention is two fold - for an article on a national scale...I would call upon all boomers from any part of the country and formulate a series of questions for them to answer. 
   For Newsday, as I said, the bulk of the boomer bloggers (say that 3X fast) should be based on Long Island. There is no blog directory that specific for location and this is why I reached out to Fred. 
   Hope you will allow me to interview you and your fellow bloggers.
