[Fredslist] Looking for a good attorney with expertise in tenants' rights

My friend and colleague, Vincent Hokia is looking for an attorney who has
some experience with tenants' rights.  Any recommendations would be greatly
appreciated.

And if the work is pro bono -even better.

 

The background:  Just after the Thanksgiving holiday, Vince's apartment
building caught on fire.  The roof and seventh floor burned away, the sixth
floor was greatly damaged, and Vince's apartment, on the first floor, was
flooded.  On his half of the building, the apartments on floors one through
six are all damaged.  He has not been able to live in his apartment since
then, during which time his landlord has tried to collect rent for the
months of December and January, which he has not paid.
